Returns Policy

Delivery

Post & Packing: We use insured U.K couriers to deliver all orders. We offer free postage to mainland U.K (with the exception of certain outlying areas). Europe/Worldwide delivery prices vary so please call us to get an accurate figure if you are outside of mainland UK.

We normally ship the same day (excluding Sundays) that payment is made and our courier takes around 3-5 days.  

On rare occasions delivery times can be delayed due to courier delays or stock issues.

If you require expedited shipping we can often ship next day but there may sometimes be a charge for this, if this is of interest then please contact the gallery directly on 01228 525231

Overseas Delivery times from 3 - 14 working days - please call us directly for a quotation and to organise overseas shipping.

Returns: If you are not delighted with your artwork for any reason other than damage then please return within 7 days of receipt, at your own cost and we will gladly refund your payment. We must be informed of any returns before they are sent and you may contact us at ben@landmarkstreetart.com where we will organise your return without any fuss. All art must be returned in perfect sale-able condition.

Damaged items Returns Policy: In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods, we would need to be informed within 12 hours of receipt so please check the artwork within this time frame. We will then give you information on what to do next. We may also require you to take photographs of the damage for insurance purposes. We will require the original packaging and of course the product to be returned to us. Your consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

Some items are excluded from the free delivery offer, including very large and fragile works of art which may require a specialist delivery service. Please contact us for quotations in these circumstances. We reserve the right to remove the free delivery offer at any time.

Deposits:
All deposits and part payments for artworks are non refundable as the artwork is official taken "off the market" once a deposit is paid and a payment schedule agreed.  If the agreed payment terms are not stuck to or the client does respond to LSA for more than 3 months then the deposit will be lost and the piece placed back on the open market.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Landmark Street Art does not sell or trade any personal details to third parties. You occasionally may receive information on new prints / products from us that we believe is relevant to you as a result from your initial contact / order.

Please click unsubscribe at the foot of our email if you wish to be removed from our mailing list. Customers details may be transferred to secure servers in the United States as part of the payment process.
